Automated pizza saucer is the dumbest thing I've seen today Feb 1st 2013, 01:00 It’s only a matter of time before the Matrix becomes reality, and our laziness isn’t doing us any favors. We can’t even put sauce on our own damn pizzas anymore. I’m not sure where this is, but I know Costco has these *ingenious* devices. Ignore the fact that this takes at least 3x as long as a man with a ladle, the strangest thing about this is that after the precision saucing of the pizza dough, a pile of cheese is just dumped on top. Even if he was to perfectly distribute the mozzarella around the pie, there’s certainly some intense sauce displacement due to the one-pound power pile. I have to assume the perfect sauce slathering was the intent because it can’t be that much of a time saver do automate one pizza at a time. In that case, why would you ruin such a masterpiece?
