The danger of putting your Super Bowl commercial online before the game is that other brands have a chance to react. Pepsi took advantage of Coke’s “Chase” campaign by creating an ad to mock it. The Pepsi spot isn’t the greatest thing in the world, but it’s pretty impressive for how quickly it must have been made. I commented last November that it was a shame the cola wars weren’t still raging. Hopefully this is the instigation the two brands needed to go to battle with more than squeaky rubber axes.
