As in how one country does it right, and the other, not so much.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengance is coming out soon, and we’ve got the ads to prove it. Two from its homeland, one for us Americans. And they have one thing in common, something that you see in many spots for games: instead addressing the subject directly, they attempt to tap into the underlying mood and spirit. Which in this case is all about getting mad and tearing sh*t up.
But that’s where the similarities end. First is an example from the east…

Again, both are so similar, yet so different. At the risk of sounding like a total pathetic Japanophile, I’m going have to say the first blows the second out of the water. BTW, here’s another one from Japan that’s also fairly awesome…
