With the score tied at 57, Syracuse freshman Brittney Sykes stole an inbounds pass and heaved a shot from behind half-court to win the game. As dramatic a finish as you’ll ever see. The turnover was committed by Nadirah McKenith, Sykes’ old high school teammate. Ouch. I imagine the trash talk between the two is a bit one-sided today.
