When you’re an athlete who uses Twitter to connect with fans, you’re going to run into some messed up folks. Folks who use social media to spew hate and nonsense. Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith saw it first-hand yesterday with some rather ugly tweets.
Here’s Smith this morning addressing it.
Played a lot of games since my brothers death and I never received as many rude tweets after a win than Sunday…yet NE fans cry about class

Although there were hundreds of mentions to sift through, it appears Smith is referencing this guy. We’ve screencapped his two most abusive as he’ll probably delete them later.

Sadly, people like this exist. Professional trolls sitting behind a firewall pecking away at their keyboard and laughing at every reply on Twitter. Daddy clearly didn’t love him enough.
