'The Place Beyond The Pines' trailer shoots first Dec 26th 2012, 21:00 This looks like it could be pretty good. How have I not heard of it? Directors really like to cast Ryan Gosling as a fast driver these days – I wonder why? The Place Beyond The Pines is a new crime film by Derek Cianfrance that casts Gosling as a motorcycle stuntman who turns to bank robbing to support his family and Bradley Cooper as the rookie cop who makes catching him an obsession. It showed at the Toronto International Film Festival earlier in the year and critics were very into it. The Place Beyond The Pines opens March 29, 2013.
