Packers looking for cheap laborers to clear Lambeau Field of snow Dec 21st 2012, 21:40 YouTube Mother Nature dropped a ton of wintry goodness over the Midwest this week, leaving many cities and towns under several inches of snow. One of those hardest hit was, surprise, surprise, Lambeau Field. In what has become somewhat of a tradition, the Packers are asking for some help clearing the snow. Interested shovelers – as many as 600 – are asked to report to the Mills Fleet Farm Gate on Lambeau Field's west side, beginning at 8 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21, and continuing through the day as needed. Shovelers need to be at least 15 years old and will receive $10 per hour, with payment to be made immediately upon completion of their work. The Packers will provide shovels to all who come to help. Ten lousy bucks for demanding physical labor in the brutal cold? No thanks, I’ll pass. Plus, as a Lions fan, I would thoroughly enjoy seeing fat Packer fans trudge through the snow, falling over like cows. Yes, that would be enjoyable for me. Bah humbug Packer nation.
