This ad for the FIAT 500 Abarth Cabrio features Catrinel sunbathing on the beach (got you hooked already, right?) while a scorpion crawls over her bikini bottom clad backside (yes, it just keeps getting better) who then proceeds to clip her bikini top strap leaving her topless.
