PizzaHut
In a stroke of genius, the folks at Pizza Hut have invented the calzone. To make sure you feel fat though, they’ve dubbed it an “overstuffed pizza.”
This new pizza innovation is created by stuffing sauce, cheese, toppings, and spices between two slices of crust this pie. As you can see from the picture, the edges are sealed. I don’t own a chef’s dictionary, but there doesn’t seem to be any difference between that and a calzone other than the fact that it’s a full circle instead of a semi-circle. I guess not everything can be the historic leap forward that the Hot Dog Stuffed Crust or Cone Crust pizzas were.
You’ll want to try this if you make a point of being on the cutting edge of all things culinary. It comes in two varieties, Italian Meat Trio (Pepperoni, Pork, and Italian Sausage) and Supremo (Italian Sausage, onion, green pepper and mushroom). Sorry vegetarians, nobody likes you. They’re only $13 so it’s probably worth a shot.
